Thank you for choosing ArmSource to promote your event. Our goal is to provide athletes, promoters, and fans with a reliable, professional, and accurate source for armwrestling events across Canada.
By submitting an event to ArmSource, you agree to the following terms:
Accuracy of Information
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You also confirm that you are authorized to represent the event, club, organization, or promoter associated with the submission.
Event Review
All event submissions are reviewed before publication.
Submission of an event does not guarantee that it will be published. ArmSource reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any event listing at its sole discretion.
Reasons for Refusal or Removal
An event may be refused or removed for reasons including, but not limited to:
- False or misleading information
- Duplicate event listings
- Spam or promotional abuse
- Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Copyright or trademark violations
- Events that may negatively impact the integrity or reputation of the platform
- Repeated submission of inaccurate or incomplete information
Platform Misuse
ArmSource is intended to support and grow the sport of armwrestling.
Users who intentionally misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, repeatedly violate these guidelines, or interfere with the operation of the website may have their posting privileges suspended or permanently revoked without notice.
Images and Promotional Material
By uploading logos, posters, photographs, or other promotional materials, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright holder to publish them.
You grant ArmSource permission to display these materials in connection with your event listing and related promotional content.
Editorial Changes
ArmSource may make minor edits to submitted content to improve spelling, grammar, formatting, readability, or consistency across the website. These edits will not intentionally change the meaning or important details of your event.

ArmSource is an independent event listing platform.
Publication of an event does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by ArmSource. Event organizers remain solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, event management, participant safety, scheduling, registration, rule enforcement, awards, refunds, and all other aspects of their events.
